Be a qualified:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Chartered Accountant (CA), or
- Institute of Cost Accountants of India Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
Have at least 2 years of experience after completing the qualification (post-qualification experience).
Out of those 2 years:
- At least 1 year experience should include working on:
  - ERP systems,
  - SAP,
  - Oracle software, etc.
- And at least 1 year experience should be in:
  - Accounting,
  - Taxation,
  - Finance-related work,
  - but not audit-only work.
