90 ਦਿਨ ਕੰਮ: ਪਿਛਲੇ 12 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਚ 90 ਦਿਨ Construction ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ
ਉਮਰ: ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 18-60 ਸਾਲ
Income: ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ₹15,000 ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ
ਹੋਰ Fund ਨੀ: EPF, NPS, ESIC ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ
Fee: ₹25 + ₹10/ਮਹੀਨਾ

1. Labour Card Renew ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ: Card Expire ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਨੀ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ। ਹਰ ਸਾਲ Renew ਕਰਵਾਓ
2. Labour Card ਬਣਾਉਣਾ: ਜੇ Card ਨੀ ਬਣਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ https://bocw.punjab.gov.in ਤੇ Register ਕਰੋ। Fee: ₹25 + ₹10/ਮਹੀਨਾ
3. 90 ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ: ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ, Builder ਜਾਂ Gram Sevak ਤੋਂ Certificate ਲੈਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ
